Magazine Name

This post shows a variety of magazine names that could be used for my magazine. It shows why they would be good or not so good to use and at the end I have choosen my final magazine name.

This is the treatment for my magazine this includes all of the finding from my research section of the coursework most of this data comes from the questionnaire that I did previously give to my target audience. However i have now analysed this data and explained what it will mean for my magazine

Planning Section Introduction

This Section of my blog will include all of the planning for my magazine. This planning will be based on the previous research section. The planning of the magazine is very important as it allows me to get a clear understanding of what will be included in my magazine thus making the actual production stage a lot easier as I can later refer back to this section to get ideas of the colours that I will be using among over things.

In terms of psychographic categories she falls under mainstreamer, aspirer and succeeder. This is because: She is as she is seen as a passive person and conforms to the conventional stereotypes of a teenage girl in order to fit in in society. (Mainstreamer) She is very materialist and cares a lot about her appearance a she would argue that packaging is more important than quality of contents. (Aspirer) She is strongly goal orientated, this is as she is very interested in becoming a music artist and would do anything to get their. (Succeeder)

Research Section Introduction

This part of my blog will outline some specific research that will be used to help develop my overall Magazine front page, double page spread and contents page. The research section of the production is a very vital element as it will form the bases of my entire magazine. It will allow me to get a deeper understanding of my target audience and of what preferences they have such as colour and prop choices. The audience is very important to the success of a magazine as they are the people that are buying it making this research of extreme importance.

Blog Schedule

Blog Schedual This is the schedule for my blog, it shows all of the tasks that I will be completing and the dates that I am to finish it by. This should help me to be more organised and help my production run a lot quicker.

Preliminary Task.

This is my preliminary which was to create a contents page and front cover for a student magazine. for this i have used some conventions such as using the creast of the school on both pages and also the colour green which is the schools colour. It is also complete with alot of stories.
